In short: the Claimball app and this website do not collect your personal information.

1. Information we collect: none

Claimball ("the App") is a mobile game operated by an individual developer, Davy Kim (ipe Studio). The App has no accounts or sign-in, and it does not collect or send to any server any personal information such as your name, email, contact details, location or device identifiers. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device and are deleted when you delete the App.

The App contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.

2. The website

The claimball.ipe.rest website uses no cookies and includes no analytics or advertising tags. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so ordinary web request information (such as your IP address) may be sent to Google. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub's server-log policies apply.

3. Third parties

Because we collect no personal information, we have nothing to share with or sell to third parties. The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play; information related to downloads is handled by each store under its own privacy policy.

4. Questions and your rights

To request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information, or to ask any question, write to ipe.haven@gmail.com. Note that because we hold no personal information, there may be nothing to act on.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age in your region), and it collects no personal information from any user.
